MDS, Ltd. is a consulting company, founded in 2000 with its headquarters in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Our main activity is the business consultancy in the field of strategic management. We consult the management of the companies at the stage of forming strategic, tactical and operative decisions. We support the management at restructuring their companies and its finances. We cooperate with Slovenian and foreign clients in their internationalisation process. At the stage of implementing the strategic objectives, we provide clients with our own project management services and thus further deepen our cooperation.
Our cooperation with you is based on an individual approach, mutual trust and both short-term and long-term cooperation. The client is more than just a number to us. After concluding a cooperation agreement, we appoint one contact person at MDS, Ltd. for all the further communication. In accordance with the difficulty and complexity of the issues or the project, we may connect with external business partners in order to assure our clients of all the necessary expertise.
