Dorica Oman Brank holds a M. Sc. in management and organisation from Faculty of Economics at University of Ljubljana, having an earlier accomplished economics undergraduate degree and postgraduate management specialisation degree.
She is the founder and director of the MDS, Ltd. Her business career started in Germany, working as an assistant to the director of the company for the development, production and distribution of products for data protection in information technologies. This represented for her an opportunity to follow the company through the entire cycle of growth, from a small company to the high-tech development company. As a procurator and a head of the representative office for the City of Vienna in Slovenia, she was in charge for public relations and networking with Vienna’s partnership cities, covering all the areas within the municipal activities. This was a valuable international experience. At her work, she encountered a number of different approaches to business internationalisation, including the support and role of the politics. Therefore she decided in year 2000 to set up her own consulting company, offering companies in addition to some other services, consultancy in terms of business internationalisation, supporting and assisting Slovenian and foreign companies in entering new markets.
Most of the business experience she obtained while working within the German-speaking areas, in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The experience, gained in advising a number of domestic and foreign companies, is succesfully shared and applied with new clients thus created added value for the client. Her main areas of consultancy, in addition to internationalisation are also buiness consulting, restructuring and finance, and project management.

Oman Walter Rado is a procurator of the MDS, Ltd. He joined the company in 2002, and is responsible for the technical issues of the consulting projects. He was born in Germany, where he also started his business career. The international work experience he gained by working in a multinational automotive company and later on with working within electrical engineering and telecommunications. After returning from Germany to Slovenia, he took a position as an authorized representative for the Austrian daughter company in the field of a consumption-dependent collection, reading and billing of heating costs, warm and cold water costs as well as secondary building costs, and was responsible for the company’s business expansion in Slovenia. As a consultant, he worked for Slovenian companies and foreign, mainly German and Austrian companies. He consulted foreign companies regarding the business expansion in Slovenian market and markets of the former Yugoslavia. With setting up the sales activities, he was responsible for finding out new distribution partners and customers as well as for a technical consulting for the client’s products and services.
He has the most experience in the field of construction, electrical engineering, distribution of gas, the funding system with the savings (Contracting) and in the automotive industry. His main responsibility as a technical consultant in the company MDS, Ltd., is to deal with technical issues and cooperate with Slovenian and foreign companies.

Sabina Zavrl holds a M. Sc. in management and organisation from Faculty of Economics at University of Ljubljana, having an earlier accomplished economics undergraduate degree and postgraduate management specialisation degree.
Already as high school and universitiy student, she was working in a family metalworking company. In these first years of working experience she already got to know issues and consequences of the changing busines environment that companies in Slovenia faced in the 1990’s. Later on, still at the time of the study, she was employed by a multinational company in the automotive industry, as the company was entering Slovenian market. Becoming a member of the team, she took a part in setting up the organization and had an opportunity to be a part of it and follow the growth and development of the company that later on took a role as a Distributor for Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia. With a wish to learn and gain more experience, she took different positions within the company in the sales, aftersales, logistics and finance department. Her persistant wish for new challenges within the company, made it possible to get to work at the headquarters of the parent company in Sweden, where she lived and worked for several years. In the Orders and Delivery Department she was responsible for the Eastern Europe markets, ran an improvement project for the delivery routines to Ukraine and participated in a project for specific orders and deliveries to Russia. Taking later on a new position in an overseas sales department, she assisted and supported sales activities in the far East countries (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines). After returning to Slovenia, she continued working for the same company as an after-sales commercial support officer and used the gained knowledge, experience and ability of integrating the business operations and processes of the company at different levels, for the project management tasks in the area of the company’s business development.
Most of the working experience she has are in the field of logistics, sales and afterales, familiy entrepreneurship and project management. Due to her numerous international experience within a project management, she is responsible for the project management at company MDS, Ltd.
